  �¦�@Public facility users: Seibu Branch, Seibu Public Hall, Seibu Hall, or Seibu Water Service Office users.
• Over night parking (per car) 2000 yen for passing every mid-night plus the parking charge as above.
• Please show your disability book to the parking cashier if you have.
