œThis hall establishment's purpose is for the citizen's sense of solidarity cultivation, culture improvement, a close social community.
@There are 305 seats (including 4 wheelchair-seats). We hope many citizens use this facility for music festivals, lectures, and so on. It is to be a stronghold for Seibu area's self-study and cultural activity.

Guide for using public halls
žOperating hours
From 9:00 a.m to 9:30 p.m. (Preparation time in hall starts at 9:00 a.m.)

- Following days of holidays (Except if they fall on Saturday or Sunday.)

žReservation
- Information
- From 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- User or person in charge comes to the hall and submits the Using Permit Application form.
- No acceptance by telephone, fax, mail, or minor. There is prohibition against using the hall for selling goods.
- Making reservation
- HallcCan make reservations from 6 months to 10 days in advance. Application forms can be submitted on the 1st of the month, of the useif it is used for more than two days in a row.
- Dressing roomc same as hall reservation You cannot reserve the Dressing Room only.
- When more than one group apply on the same day, we draw lots for turns. But when the person living in Nara City competes with the person not living in Nara City, the former takes priority. Only one name is allowed on the application form. When the 1st day of the open reservation day is closed, the following day is the 1st reservation day.
- Prohibition of transfer
You cannot transfer the right of hall usage permission to anyone else.
- Usage hours and charge
- There is a usage hour and charge table in this home page.
- Usage hours include all preparation time, for example, on the stage (carriage, set, light setting, rehearsal, sound adjustment, piano turing, and so on), in the dressing room, for information desk preparation & cleaning, audience & casts entry to exit. Please finish everything within your reserved time.
- Usage charge should be prepaid. Please pay it within 10 days after your confirmation day. We issue the Usage Permission Certificate on the day you pay. Attachment usage fee is paid on the day of the performance.
- Cancellation
About the confirmed permission: When the user's personal reason causes cancellation, you must submit the Usage Cancellation form and the Usage Charge Refund Application form. Refund rate is as it follows.
- 50% of charge when canceled before 30 days in advance
- 100% of charge by irresistible force, for example, disaster
- Usage restriction
The following cases may cause permission denial, usage denial, or application denial.
- If we recognize it may disturb social order.
- If we recognize it may damage our facility or equipment.
- If you transfer the right of hall usage permission.
- If we recognize there may be obstacles in hall maintenance, or inadequateness in hall administration.
- If we recognize that you received the permit by deceit or unfair means.
- If your hall usage purpose is against the purpose of hall establishment.
žPreparation and notice
- Staff meeting
- Please have a meeting about equipment for stage, lighting, sound, picture, hall, and information desk, and the hall arrangement requirements before 1 month in advance.
- Staff meeting should be arranged with hall staff.
- In the meeting, please bring the copy of admission tickets, the construction plan, the program,and so on.
- Without staff meeting, your usage may be revoked.
- Reporting to related institutions
In case of special needs, please report beforehand.

- Number of staff
- The organizer should take responsibility for placing persons in charge of the hall, hall control, information desk, and dressing room.
- The organizer should take responsibility for the people for, construction, admission control, guide, information, reception, withdrawal, traffic control are the organizer's responsibility.
- Please make sure to inform us of the number of people for stage, sound, light beforehand.
- Preparation by users
- Information sign, signboard, stationery, tea, and so on.
- Security control
- For the fire, robbery, disturbance, and other preventions, enough people should be used for security.
- Please follow the advice of the hall staff in any emergency.
- Please confirm the place of emergency exits, and keep all exits clear.
- Please make sure to lock the dressing rooms.
žOn the day of the event
- Possession of permission
- The organizer must possess the Hall Usage Permission, and report to the hall office before the hall usage on that day. We will give you the hall key with the usage directions for the facility. Please make sure to return the key after you finish.
- It is the organizer's responsibility to always keep in touch with the hall office during your usage.
- Usage of facility & equipments
- On the day, when you use our facility equipment, please inform the hall office and ask for permission.
- Usage time
- Your hall reservation hours are from your preparation time to your dismissal time.
(If your actual usage time is longer than the alloted time, you will be charged extra.)
- Visitor arrangement
- The organizer should be reponsible for visitor arrangement before opening. Your arrangement plans for admission should be discussed with our hall staff in advance. When you expect a large number of visitors, please prepare the out-of-hall attendants to prevent congestion at the hall entrance area.
- Dressing room maintenance
- The user should be responsible for dressing room maintenance, for example, fire and crime prevention.
- Please lock the rooms in order to prevent theft or fire, and check the cast and related persons' comings and goings.We are not responsible for thefts, lost articles and so on.
- Seating capacity regulation (305 seats including 4 wheelchair-seats)
- For the fire regulation, please keep the seating capacity.
- Performance cancellation
- If unforeseen circumstances happen, for example, in case of fire, the hall director and the organizer should consult as to whether to discontinue or to continue the performance. If the organizer can't attend the emergency consultation,The hall director decide on it.
- Prohibition
- Smoking & drinking are prohibited on the stage, in the auditorium, and in the lobby.
- Flammable & hazardous objects are prohibited.
- No hurly-burly with a loud voice, music instruments, and loudspeaker.
- Prohibition of donation activity, sales, food stands on the hall premises.
žRemark after use
- Restore to the original condition
- Please restore to the original condition after use. Our hall staff check it. Please withdraw your signboards, tools, etc. immediately, and also chairs and tables should be put away.
- Trash
- Please take trash, cardboards, fliers, programs, etc. home with you.
- Returning the dressing room key
- The organizer must return the key to the hall office after use.
žAttention of facility usage
- Range of maintenance responsibility
- If fire, robbery, power failure, interference, etc. cause damage to the user, cast, or audience, it is not our responsibility unless we cause it.
- If an accident happens, the organizer should take first-aid action immediately, and report it to the hall office.
- Signboards
- Please discuss the location of signboards, posters, etc. with our hall staff.
- Umbrella
- We supply plastic bags at the hall entrance for umbrellas.
- Admission restriction
- We do not allow drunken people, anti-public disorder and indecency, Japanese clogs, wooden sandals, and troublemakers to enter the hall.
- Please keep the following items in mind, and indicate to the audience to keep them in mind also.
- Do not exceed the seating capacity.
- Do not do any actions that may cause fire, explosion, or a hazard.
- Smoking prohibited on stage, in the auditorium, and in the lobby. Please do not bring food and drinks.
- Do not bring flammable, hazard, filth, and animals (except guide dogs and helping dogs).
- No flags, notices, or knocking in a nail are allowed. If you want to stick up a poster, please obtain our permission at the hall office.
- Do not use doors which are not permitted. Do not use any equipment which is not permitted.
- Do not put anything around exits, evacuation ways, fire extinguishers.
- Do not remove the sofas and benches that belong to the hall without permission.
- Accompaniment & equipment charges
- Please ask the hall office staff about accompaniment and equipment charges.
- Please pay charges on that day.

- Rental pot, tea sets, ash trays
- Please inform us at the staff meeting about them. (limited numbers)
- We can hand them out at the hall office on that day. (You have to bring tea.) Please wash and return them to the hall office after use.

- If you charge over 500 yen per one person as an admission fee.

- The hall usage for preparation, cleaning, or practice is charged 50% of the normal charge.
- Air-conditioning utility fee is 20% of No-Admission-Fee performance usage fee.
