Hall Overview
@This Hall is located halfway between Gengo-ji in Naramachi and the Takabatake area. Citizens and visitors can enjoy the beauty of the old Daijo-in Garden and exhibitions while resting occasionally at ease. The Hall also provides exhibition rooms, tea rooms, Japanese-style rooms, conference rooms, etc. Outside the Hall, the mud wall of the old row houses has been restored.

@Mondays (when Monday falls on a holiday the Hall will be closed the following day), the day after holidays (except when that day is a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday), and from December 26 to January 5.

@This hall can be reserved from 1 day (10 days for the exhibition room) to the first day of the preceding month in advance (the month 6 months in advance for the exhibition room).
Directions to the Hall
From the JR Nara or Kintetsu Nara Station take the Nara Kotsu bus bound for Tenri/Shimoyama or Sakurai to Nara Hotel-mae. Walk south about 100 meters. Or get off at Fukuchiin-cho and walk north about 150 meters. The Hall is on the south side of Nara Hotel. (No parking is available.)
