I approached the Tamukeyama Hachimangu from the historical path Wakakusayama by foot. The shrine is simple, it has a symmetrical beauty of the old style and a re-painted red shrine. The red color especially caught my eye. As I came closer, the shrine and the old trees caught my eye. I looked at the Hachimangu from a distance. I saw the high old tree with the bright yellow leaves. The dead grass on the Wakakusayama created an ensemble with the blue sky. The Japanese style of color harmony expresses the Tamukeyama Hachimangu.
