I sketched Kobaien, an ink manufacturing shop of long standing in Tsubakii-cho, Nara. Kobaien shop has over 400 years of history, and has been manufacturing the secret ink "Narazumi". Souseki composed "Scent of ink, Kobaien in Nara city". There were Japanese apricot trees at the corner of garden. It were loved by writers, and named Kobaien.
The signboard of Kobaien is quite impressive.
